Position: US Sales & Support Executive

Location: Vadodara (Work From Office)

Shift: US Time Zone (EST)

Experience: 0–3 Years (Freshers are Welcome)

We are looking for enthusiastic, confident, and growth-oriented individuals to join our team as US Sales & Support Executives. This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy communicating with people, building relationships, solving problems, and working with international clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with potential clients in the US market through calls, emails, and virtual meetings
• Follow up with leads and maintain consistent communication throughout the sales process
• Understand client requirements and introduce relevant solutions and services
• Schedule meetings and coordinate with internal teams when required
• Provide timely support and assistance to existing clients
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and activities in CRM systems
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals
• Work closely with international clients during EST business hours
