We are looking for dynamic and result-oriented *Male Junior Sales Executives* with at least *1 year of sales experience* to join our growing team. If you have a passion for sales and enjoy meeting customers in the field, we'd like to hear from you.
* Job Responsibilities:
* Generate new business opportunities through field visits and customer meetings.
* Promote and sell solar energy solutions to residential and commercial customers.
* Conduct site surveys and understand customer requirements.
* Follow up on leads and convert prospects into customers.
* Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
* Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to company growth.
Eligibility Criteria:
* Male candidates only.
* Minimum 1 year of experience in field sales.
* Good communication and negotiation skills.
* Self-motivated, confident, and target-driven.
* Must own a two-wheeler and possess a valid driving license.
* Experience in the solar, electrical, or related industry will be an added advantage.
