Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop creative and functional interior design concepts based on client requirements.
- Prepare space planning, layouts, furniture plans, and detailed design drawings.
- Coordinate with clients, architects, consultants, and project teams.
- Assist in material selection, finishes, and design specifications.
- Review design execution at project sites and ensure alignment with approved designs.
- Prepare presentations, mood boards, and design proposals.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers as required.
- Ensure timely completion of design deliverables as per project schedules.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's/Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- Relevant experience in commercial interior design and fit-out projects.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Revit, Photoshop, or other relevant design software.
- Strong creativity, visualization, communication, and coordination skills.
- Good understanding of materials, finishes, and interior execution processes.
