Job Description

  • Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver classroom and online training for all IELTS modules:
  • Listening
  • Reading
  • Writing
  • Speaking
  • Prepare students for Academic and General IELTS examinations.
  • Conduct regular mock tests and practice sessions.
  • Evaluate students' performance and provide constructive feedback.
  • Develop lesson plans and training schedules.
  • Identify students' strengths and weaknesses and create personalized improvement plans.
  • Monitor attendance and maintain student performance records.
  • Conduct doubt-clearing sessions and one-on-one mentoring.
  • Help students improve grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, fluency, and writing skills.
  • Stay updated with the latest IELTS examination patterns and assessment criteria.
  • Maintain a positive and engaging classroom environment.
  • Coordinate with the admissions and counseling team regarding student progress.
