Job Description

  • Key ResponsibilitiesManage and maintain accurate inventory records.
  • Monitor stock levels and ensure timely replenishment.
  • Coordinate with the procurement, warehouse, and dispatch teams.
  • Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconcile inventory discrepancies.
  • Track inward and outward stock movement.
  • Maintain inventory documentation and stock registers.
  • Prepare inventory reports and analyze stock performance.
  • Minimize stock shortages, overstocking, and inventory losses.
  • Ensure proper storage, labeling, and organization of inventory.
  • Generate reports using inventory management software and ERP systems.
  • RequirementsBachelor's degree in any discipline.
  • 2–5 years of experience in inventory or warehouse management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and inventory software such as Tally Prime, Busy Accounting Software, Zoho Inventory, Marg ERP, Odoo ERP, or SAP MM.
  • Knowledge of barcode scanning and inventory tracking systems will be an added advantage.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication and coordination abilities.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
