About the Company: We manage a comprehensive dental patient acquisition portfolio catering exclusively to the United States (US) healthcare market. As we expand our outbound and inbound operational grid, we are actively seeking top-tier sales professionals from any international voice background who want to transition their skills into the stable and growing US Healthcare sector.

Core Responsibilities:

• Lead Conversion: Command raw, high-intent provided US leads, navigate initial patient hesitation, and handle objections with absolute precision.

• Calendar Optimization: Securely close, lock in, and schedule confirmed treatment consultations directly onto our senior medical consulting calendar.

• Database Hygiene: Maintain flawless real-time digital logging of all patient interactions, follow-ups, and calendar compliance metrics.

Linguistic & Experience Benchmarks (Non-Negotiable):

• Experience: Minimum 5 to 6 years of documented track record in US Outbound/Inbound Voice Processes. (Prior experience in international BPO. Healthcare experience is a plus, but not mandatory—we will train you.)

• Bilingual Capability: Must be fluently bilingual in both English and Spanish to effectively cater to a diverse US demographic.

• Accent & Fluency: Flawless C1+ Professional US Accent in English along with clear, professional Spanish articulation is mandatory. Must possess native-like American English pronunciation, zero Mother Tongue Influence (MTI), exceptional vocabulary, and master-level active listening skills.

• Tech Stack: High comfort level with automated dialers, CRM logging systems, and real-time digital calendars.

Compensation & Perks:

• Fixed Salary: Up to ₹35,000 – ₹55,000 / month (Based on accent verification, language proficiency, and experience validation).
