Job Description
About the role:
Techmind Solutions is looking for Field Service Technicians to install, service and repair industrial and commercial cleaning machines (floor scrubber-driers, single-disc machines, vacuum cleaners, dosing/dispensing systems) at customer sites across Bengaluru.
Responsibilities:
- Travel to customer sites for installation, preventive maintenance and breakdown repair
- Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults in cleaning machines and dosing equipment
- Replace parts, batteries, motors, brushes, pumps and complete service reports
- Train customer staff on correct machine operation and daily upkeep
- Maintain spare-parts stock and submit service documentation on time
Requirements:
- ITI / Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical or equivalent (freshers welcome)
- Basic electrical + mechanical troubleshooting aptitude
- Must own a two-wheeler with valid driving licence (fuel reimbursed)
- Willing to travel within Bengaluru daily
- Basic Kannada/English/Hindi communication
