About the Role
We are a growing digital agency seeking a proactive Freelance Platform Bidder & Business Development Specialist. Your primary goal is to identify, bid on, and secure high-quality web development (WordPress, custom, e-commerce) and SEO projects on Freelancer.com and Upwork. [1]
Key Responsibilities
- Daily Bidding: Search and filter high-intent web development and SEO projects.
- Proposal Writing: Craft tailored, highly persuasive, and error-free project proposals.
- Lead Conversion: Handle initial client communication, answer queries, and close deals.
- Technical Alignment: Coordinate with our internal tech team to review project scopes. [1]
Required Skills
- Proven Track Record: Minimum 1–2 years of experience as an online bidder with a history of conversions.
- Tech-Savvy: Strong foundational knowledge of CMS platforms, web frameworks, and SEO KPIs.
- Flawless English: Exceptional written communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-Driven: Target-oriented professional capable of managing multiple active leads.
