Business Development Executive (BDE)

We are looking for a dynamic Business Development Executive to drive customer acquisition through field sales.

The role involves identifying prospective customers, promoting broadband and fiber internet services, and achieving monthly sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate leads through field visits and local marketing activities.
• Acquire new residential and business customers.
• Promote and sell broadband, fiber, and internet plans.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Coordinate with installation and support teams for timely service activation.
• Maintain daily sales reports and customer records.
• Gather market and competitor insights.

Eligibility:

• Graduate in any discipline (preferred).

Experience:

• 0–3 years of Experience.
• Candidates with experience in ISP, B2C, Fiber/FTTH, Broadband, or Telecom field sales are preferred.
• Freshers with good communication skills and an interest in field sales are welcome to apply.
• Must own a two-wheeler and be willing to travel.
• Required SkillsExcellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Customer-focused with a target-driven mindset.
• Ability to work independently in the field.
• Basic knowledge of broadband/fiber services is an advantage.
