VMC Machine Operator

Roles & Responsibilities

❖   To prove out the jobs in the VMC machines

❖   Define, characterize, and lead the implementation of new processes on the M/C.

❖    Assure sound engineering and validation principles are applied to process design and setups.

❖    Develop processes to be trouble-free and ensure success every time (zero defects). 

❖   Monitor and maintain process controls.

❖    Lead process improvements while mentoring others to improve processes.

❖   Research new materials and methods of development

❖   Organize and maintain existing engineering records

❖   Perform physical testing on engineering prototypes

❖   To create innovative and cost-effective ideas for the manufacturing process

❖   Identify customer’s needs and opportunities to improve the manufacturing process
