Job Description

Key Responsibilities


Student Guidance: Counsel students and parents on medical programs, eligibility criteria, and fee structures for both domestic and international universities.


Application Assistance: Guide candidates step-by-step through application forms, choice-filling processes, and document verification.


Lead Management: Handle inbound/outbound inquiries, conduct regular follow-ups, and convert prospective leads into confirmed admissions.


Market Awareness: Stay updated on current medical entrance exam rules (e.g., NEET UG/PG), seat allocation norms, and visa processes.


Client Relations: Build trust with students, address concerns, and coordinate with internal documentation or visa teams for smooth enrollment
