Job Description
Prepare and cook a variety of continental dishes, including breakfast items, salads, sandwiches, pastas, burgers, steaks, and desserts.
Ensure food is prepared and presented according to established recipes and quality standards.
Monitor food quality, portion control, and presentation.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in accordance with food safety regulations.
Manage kitchen inventory, stock levels, and minimize food wastage.
Assist in menu development and introduce new continental dishes and seasonal specials.
Supervise and train kitchen assistants and junior staff as required.
Ensure proper storage, labeling, and handling of food products.
Coordinate with service staff to ensure timely preparation and delivery of orders.
Monitor equipment performance and report maintenance requirements.
