Key Responsibilities

• Assist in installing, configuring, and maintaining Windows and Linux systems.
• Support enterprise servers, virtualization platforms, and cloud environments.
• Monitor infrastructure health, backups, and system performance.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, networking, and application-related issues.
• Assist in managing Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365 environments.
• Provide remote and onsite technical support to clients.
• Maintain technical documentation and support reports.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues.
• Follow IT security standards and operational best practices.
