Stipend: ₹3,000 – ₹5,000 per month + Performance-Based Incentives

About the Role

Extensile Media is looking for passionate and creative Digital Marketing Interns who are eager to gain real-world industry experience. This internship is ideal for candidates who have completed a Digital Marketing course and want hands-on exposure to SEO, Social Media Marketing, Paid Ads, Content Marketing, and Lead Generation.

After successfully completing the 3-month internship, high-performing candidates will be offered a full-time position with a competitive salary package, based on their performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns.
• Manage and optimize social media platforms.
• Perform basic SEO activities (On-Page & Off-Page).
• Create engaging content for social media and websites.
• Assist in Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
• Generate leads through digital marketing channels.
• Monitor campaign performance and prepare reports.
• Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and tools.

Candidate Requirements

• Completed a Digital Marketing course (Mandatory).
• MBA/BBA candidates with a Digital Marketing specialization are preferred.
• Basic knowledge of SEO, Social Media Marketing, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Email Marketing, and Content Marketing.
• Good communication and analytical skills.
• Creative mindset with a willingness to learn.
• Basic knowledge of Canva, MS Excel, and Google Workspace.
• Candidates must bring their own laptop (Mandatory).
