Job Title: Business Development Executive.


Experience: 0 to 5 Years


Job Summary: We are seeking for Business Development Executive (Inside Sales) to drive sales growth, build strong client relationships, and identify new business opportunities. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a passion for achieving targets.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, and Finding Potential Customers/ Leads.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
  • Understand customer needs and present suitable products/services.
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and competitor activities.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and sales pitches.
  • Follow up on leads and convert them into successful deals.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in CRM.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth on boarding of clients
  • Experience in sales or business development.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.


Preferred Skills:


  • Experience in B2B/B2C sales.
  • Strong convincing and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach.


Mandatory Languages required : Fluent in English is preferred


Work Location: EBG Group, 12th Floor , Dallas Centre Building,, Opposite to T HUB , Satva Knowledge City , Raidurg, Hitech City, Hyderabad


Work Shift: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM (Monday to Saturday)
