Job Overview:We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic HR Recruiter to join our HR team. The candidate will be responsible for managing recruitment activities along with supporting day-to-day HR operations and employee engagement initiatives.

• Key Responsibilities:Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:Handle end-to-end recruitment process.
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, and employee referrals.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
• Follow up with candidates regarding interview feedback and joining status.
• Manage offer rollouts and onboarding formalities.
• Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
• Maintain employee attendance and leave records.
• Coordinate employee onboarding and induction processes.
• Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and other HR documents.
• Assist in background verification and document collection.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with job portals such as Apna, Naukri, Indeed, and LinkedIn.
• Knowledge of attendance management and employee documentation.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Preferred Skills:Strong coordination and organizational skills.
• Problem-solving attitude.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
• Good follow-up and stakeholder management skills.
