Job Description
- Roles & ResponsibilitiesIdentify and acquire new customers through field sales, referrals, and lead generation.
- Promote banking products such as Savings Accounts, Current Accounts, Home Loans, Personal Loans, Mortgage Loans, Loan Against Property (LAP), Business Loans, Credit Cards, Insurance, and Investment Products.
- Understand customer financial requirements and recommend suitable products.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Conduct customer meetings and explain product features, benefits, and eligibility.
- Collect and verify customer KYC documents.
- Coordinate with operations and credit teams to ensure timely processing and disbursement.
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships to generate repeat business and referrals.
- Follow up with customers throughout the application and approval process.
- Maintain accurate sales records, CRM updates, and daily activity reports.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and company policies.
- Required SkillsStrong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Sales and negotiation abilities.
- Customer relationship management.
- Lead generation and prospecting.
- Basic knowledge of banking and financial products.
- Time management and target orientation.
- Problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Experience0–5 years in Banking, NBFC, Insurance, Financial Services, Telecom, or Field Sales.
