Travel Relationship Manager

Roles & Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end travel operations, including hotel bookings, flight reservations, transfers, sightseeing, and itinerary planning.

Understand client requirements and recommend suitable holiday and tour packages.

Prepare detailed day-wise itineraries, travel schedules, and activity plans.

Process visa applications and guide clients regarding documentation, appointment scheduling, and travel requirements.

Coordinate with hotels, airlines, transport providers, and other travel partners to ensure smooth execution of bookings.

Reconfirm hotel reservations, airport transfers, sightseeing tours, and pickup timings before guest travel.

Negotiate with hotels and travel vendors to obtain competitive B2B rates and maintain strong supplier relationships.

Handle customer queries through phone, email, WhatsApp, and in-person interactions in a professional and timely manner.

Keep guests informed about their travel plans, booking updates, schedule changes, and important travel information.

Follow up with guests for pending payments and ensure timely collection before travel.

Maintain accurate records of bookings, payments, invoices, refunds, and vendor transactions.

Reconcile accounts with vendors and follow up for invoices, credit notes, and refunds.

Update and maintain vendor databases, negotiated rates, and operational records.

Ensure all travel documents are complete, accurate, and delivered to clients before departure.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of travel services and high customer satisfaction.
