Job Description
We're hiring an HR / Recruiter at Heureux IT.
I'll be honest about what this role actually is. It's not paperwork and attendance sheets. The core job is hiring. We're a 16-person digital marketing agency working with AI and SaaS companies in the US, and we're growing. I need someone who can find good people fast and bring them in.
What I'm looking for:
Someone who has actually filled positions before, not just "handled HR." If you've hired marketing or tech people, even better. You know where to source, how to screen, and you move quickly.
Someone proactive. I don't want to chase you for updates. You flag problems early, you bring ideas, you own the hiring pipeline end to end.
Someone who wants to grow with a company, not just clock in.
