Job Description

We are looking for a results-driven E-commerce Manager to oversee and grow our online business operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing website sales, marketplace operations, digital marketing coordination, inventory planning, and customer experience.

  • Key Responsibilities:Manage and optimize e-commerce platforms and online marketplaces.
  • Monitor product listings, pricing, promotions, and inventory levels.
  • Coordinate with marketing teams for SEO, social media, and paid advertising campaigns.
  • Analyze sales performance, customer behavior, and website analytics.
  • Improve conversion rates and overall online customer experience.
  • Handle order processing, logistics coordination, and customer support workflows.
  • Develop strategies to increase online sales and brand visibility.
  • Experience with Shopify, WooCommerce, WordPress, or similar e-commerce platforms.
