Position OverviewWe are seeking highly motivated and ambitious Business Development Executives (BDEs) to drive business growth by acquiring new clients and expanding our B2B customer base.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying prospective clients, generating qualified leads, conducting product presentations, understanding client requirements, and successfully closing software and API integration deals.

- Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and acquire new B2B clients through field sales, networking, referrals, cold outreach, and digital channels.
- Generate qualified business leads and build a healthy sales pipeline.
- Meet with prospective clients to understand their business objectives and technology requirements.
- Present and demonstrate iPaymnt Tech's FinTech software solutions, Banking APIs, and White-Label platforms.
- Recommend suitable software products and API solutions based on client requirements.
- Collaborate with technical and onboarding teams to ensure smooth client implementation.
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients, partners, and key decision-makers.
- Conduct regular follow-ups to maximize conversion rates and customer retention.
- Maintain accurate sales records, pipeline updates, and CRM reports.
- Stay informed about industry developments, competitor offerings, and emerging FinTech trends.

- Candidate ProfileEducationBachelor's Degree in any discipline preferred.
- Candidates with strong sales aptitude and relevant experience may also be considered.
- Experience Freshers are encouraged to apply.
- Prior experience in Business Development, B2B Sales, Software Sales, SaaS Sales, Banking, Financial Services, FinTech, or Corporate Sales will be an added advantage.
- Skills & Competencies Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent negotiation and presentation abilities.
- Client-focused approach with strong relationship management skills.
- Ability to understand business requirements and propose appropriate technology solutions.
- Comfortable with client meetings, field visits, and virtual presentations.
