Pre-Primary Teacher

Job SummaryWe are looking for a passionate and caring Preschool Teacher to nurture and educate young children (ages 2–6 years). The ideal candidate should create a safe, engaging, and stimulating learning environment that supports early childhood development.

• Key ResponsibilitiesPlan and implement age-appropriate lesson plans based on EYFS / preschool curriculum
• Conduct activities like storytelling, rhymes, art & craft, and basic STEM learning
• Ensure safety and well-being of all children at all times
• Monitor and track each child’s progress and development
• Maintain classroom discipline with a positive approach
• Communicate regularly with parents regarding child’s progress
• Organize classroom materials, displays, and learning aids
• Participate in school events, celebrations, and meetings
• Required SkillsStrong communication and interpersonal skills
• Patience, creativity, and enthusiasm for working with children
• Basic knowledge of early childhood education methods
• Ability to handle children with care and affection
• QualificationsMinimum: Graduate (any field)
• Preferred: Diploma/Certification in Early Childhood Education (NTT / Montessori / ECCEd)
• Freshers with passion for teaching can also apply

Salary₹8,000 – ₹16,000 per month (based on experience)

• Basic English communication required
• Prior preschool experience is an advantage
