About the RoleLitchitree Skills & Solution Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a passionate, energetic and result-oriented Healthcare Trainer for the General Duty Assistant (GDA) and Home Health Aide (HHA) courses. The trainer will not only deliver technical training but also act as a mentor, counsellor and motivator who prepares candidates for employment, encourages them to accept suitable job opportunities, and supports them in sustaining employment for at least 90 days after placement.

The trainer will play a key role in improving learning outcomes, minimizing trainee dropouts, ensuring successful course completion, and contributing to placement and retention targets.

• Key Roles & ResponsibilitiesTraining & Skill DevelopmentDeliver classroom and practical training as per NSDC/HSSC curriculum and guidelines.
• Conduct engaging, interactive and outcome-oriented theory and practical sessions.
• Demonstrate healthcare procedures, patient care techniques and safety practices.
• Evaluate trainees through assessments, assignments and practical demonstrations.
• Maintain high-quality training standards and learning outcomes.
• Student Motivation & CounsellingBuild strong relationships with trainees and create a positive learning environment.
• Motivate candidates to attend classes regularly and complete the entire training program.
• Identify learning gaps, personal challenges and attendance issues, and provide timely counselling.
• Inspire confidence, discipline and professional behaviour among trainees.
• Minimize trainee absenteeism and reduce course dropouts through continuous engagement.
• Placement ReadinessPrepare trainees for interviews, workplace behaviour and employer expectations.
• Conduct personality development, communication and employability skill sessions.
• Guide candidates in career planning and help them understand available job opportunities.
• Motivate eligible trainees to participate in placement drives and accept suitable job offers.
• Employment Retention SupportCounsel candidates on the importance of job stability and career growth.
• Motivate and mentor placed candidates to remain employed for a minimum of 90 days.
• Stay in regular contact with placed candidates to address workplace challenges.
• Coordinate with the placement team to improve placement retention and employer satisfaction.
• Candidate Performance ManagementMonitor attendance, discipline, learning progress and practical performance.
• Maintain individual trainee progress reports.
• Conduct remedial classes whenever required.
• Ensure every trainee achieves competency as per course standards.
• Documentation & ComplianceMaintain attendance records, training registers, assessment records and trainee documentation.
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly training reports.
• Ensure compliance with NSDC, HSSC, OSDA, PMKVY or project-specific guidelines.
• Support audits, inspections and assessments whenever required.
• CoordinationWork closely with Mobilization, Placement, Operations and Centre Management teams.
• Participate in parent meetings, counselling sessions and placement activities.
• Build a positive reputation of the training centre among trainees and employers.

• Required QualificationsB.Sc. Nursing / GNM / Post Basic B.Sc. Nursing / BPT / M.Sc. Nursing or equivalent qualification.
• Certified Healthcare Trainer (Preferred).
• Relevant experience in GDA/HHA or healthcare training is preferred.
• Experience in skill development projects (NSDC/HSSC/PMKVY/DDU-GKY/OSDA) will be an added advantage.
• Required SkillsExcellent teaching and presentation skills.
• Strong communication in Odia, Hindi and basic English.
• Excellent counselling and motivational abilities.
• Ability to persuade candidates to pursue employment opportunities.
