Job Description
- Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to prospective customers to promote products and services.
- Handle inbound inquiries and convert leads into sales opportunities.
- Explain product features, benefits, pricing, and offers to customers.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
- Maintain and update customer information in the CRM system.
- Follow up on leads, quotations, and pending sales opportunities.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets on a monthly basis.
- Address customer concerns and objections professionally.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth customer onboarding and service delivery.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales activity reports.
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships to encourage repeat
