 Key Responsibilities

✅ Create high-impact, ATS-compliant resumes for the US job market

✅ Develop resumes for Software Engineers, Data Scientists, AI/ML Engineers, Product Managers, Cloud Engineers, DevOps Engineers, and other technical professionals

✅ Optimize resume content using industry-specific keywords, metrics, and accomplishment-driven writing

✅ Align resumes with current US hiring standards and recruiter expectations

✅ Customize resumes based on job descriptions, career transitions, and target industries

✅ Collaborate with recruitment teams to understand market trends and talent requirements

 Requirements

✔️ Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field

✔️ Basic understanding of Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Software Development, Cloud Computing, or DevOps concepts

✔️ Strong English writing and communication skills

✔️ Excellent attention to detail and analytical thinking

✔️ Willingness to learn ATS optimization, resume branding, and US recruitment methodologies
