Reporter SEA NEWS
Qualifications & Experience
- Graduate degree from a recognized university.
- Degree or specialization in Mass Communication, Journalism, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience as a Reporter.
- Strong communication and interviewing skills.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and in dynamic news environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Research, investigate, and report news stories accurately and objectively.
- Conduct interviews with sources, officials, and subject matter experts.
- Prepare and deliver news reports for television, digital, and social media platforms.
- Cover field assignments, events, press conferences, and breaking news situations.
- Verify facts and ensure adherence to journalistic ethics and standards.
- Collaborate with editors, producers, and camera teams to produce high-quality news content.
- Maintain strong professional relationships with news sources and stakeholders.
Desired Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and/or Hindi.
- Strong news judgment and storytelling abilities.
- Confidence in on-camera reporting.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple assignments effectively.
- Familiarity with digital news platforms and social media reporting.
