Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Dispatch Supervisor to oversee daily dispatch operations, ensure timely deliveries, maintain inventory accuracy, and coordinate with warehouse, transport, and sales teams. The ideal candidate should have strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise and manage daily dispatch activities.
  • Plan and schedule dispatches to ensure timely deliveries.
  • Coordinate with warehouse, transport, and sales teams.
  • Verify dispatch documents such as invoices, delivery challans, and e-way bills.
  • Ensure accurate loading and unloading of materials.
  • Monitor vehicle movement and delivery status.
  • Maintain dispatch records and prepare daily dispatch reports.
  • Ensure proper inventory reconciliation before dispatch.
  • Resolve dispatch-related issues and customer delivery concerns.
  • Enforce safety standards and company policies in the dispatch area.
