Daily Primary Activity

  • Renewals Managements - eMail, Anti-Virus, AMC, Firewall, Wrranty, etc
  • Existing Customer Follow-up - Quotation & Feedback Collection
  • Lost Quotation Analysis
  • Rental & FMS Team Managements - Sheet Maintenance
  • New Customer Development Follow-up
  • AMC Managements - Sheet Maintenance

Weekly Responsibilities

  • Warranty / Care Pack
  • Managements - Laptop, Desktop, Printer, etc
  • Sales vs Purchase Weekly Report
  • Renewal Revenue Report
  • Due Payment Reminder Follow-up - Related you’re your customer

Daily Reporting & MIS

  • Today's Enquiry, Quotation Report
  • Pending work for tomorrow

Other Important Tasks

  • Customer Database Management
  • Vendor Database Management
  • Software License Renewal Calendar
  • Monthly Sales vs Purchase Summary

Customer Engagement Activities

  • Product Promotion Emails
