Patient Support

• Welcome and assist patients throughout their clinic visit.
• Escort patients to treatment rooms.
• Help elderly or physically challenged patients when required.
• Ensure patients are comfortable before, during, and after treatments.

Clinic Assistance

• Prepare treatment rooms before each patient.
• Clean and sanitize treatment beds, equipment, and patient areas according to clinic protocols.
• Refill towels, linens, consumables, and clinic supplies.
• Assist doctors and nurses with non-medical tasks.

Housekeeping & Hygiene

• Maintain cleanliness of reception, treatment rooms, washrooms, pantry, and common areas.
• Dispose of biomedical and general waste as per clinic guidelines.
• Ensure high standards of hygiene throughout the clinic.

Office & Administrative Support

• Deliver documents, collect printouts, photocopies, and assist with filing.
• Deposit cheques, collect parcels, and perform bank or courier work when required.
• Purchase clinic supplies and maintain inventory under supervision.
• Assist with loading, unloading, and organizing deliveries.

General Responsibilities

• Prepare tea, coffee, or drinking water for patients and staff when required.
• Support clinic events, health camps, and promotional activities.
• Report maintenance issues immediately.
• Follow all safety, hygiene, and confidentiality policies.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the Clinic Manager.
