Job Description
- Client communication and follow-up.
- Coordinate with clients regarding requirements, updates, and documentation.
- Handle incoming and outgoing calls professionally.
- Maintain client records and databases.
- Back office operations and administrative support.
- Coordinate with internal teams for timely completion of tasks.
- Prepare reports and maintain documentation.
- Basic data entry and record management in MS Excel and MS Word.
- Support tender and office-related documentation work.
- Ensure smooth communication between clients and team members.
