Job Description
Krisa Marketing is looking for an Inventory & Store Executive with hands-on experience in BUSY ERP to manage purchase entries, inventory records, and stock verification.
Key Responsibilities:
- Enter purchase invoices and purchase entries in BUSY ERP.
- Record and maintain inward and outward stock entries.
- Maintain accurate inventory records in BUSY ERP.
- Perform regular physical stock verification and reconcile with system stock.
- Verify received goods against purchase invoices.
- Report stock discrepancies and shortages.
- Maintain inventory documentation and basic Excel records.
- Ensure timely and accurate data entry.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience using BUSY ERP.
- Experience in purchase entry and inventory management.
- Experience in physical stock verification and reconciliation.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Good attention to detail and accuracy.
- Experience in FMCG (GROCERIES), HORECA, corporate supplies, wholesale, or distribution businesses will be preferred.
