Internal Auditor

Didar Honda Motors is looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Internal Auditor to evaluate financial records, operational processes, and internal controls. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance, identifying risks, and recommending process improvements to enhance organizational efficiency.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month

Work Location: Chennai, Tamil Nadu

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct internal audits of financial, operational, and compliance processes.
• Verify the accuracy of accounting records, transactions, and supporting documents.
• Review cash handling, inventory management, and dealership operations.
• Identify control weaknesses, risks, and process gaps, and recommend corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, statutory regulations, and audit standards.
• Prepare audit reports and present findings to management.
• Monitor implementation of audit recommendations and corrective actions.
• Assist in fraud detection and risk assessment activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 1.5 years of experience in Internal Audit, Accounts, or Finance.
• Good knowledge of accounting principles, internal controls, and audit procedures.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software such as Tally ERP.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills.
