Position: Sales & Marketing Associate

Location: Bengaluru

Experience: Freshers – 6 to 8 Months

About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic, energetic, and career-oriented Sales & Marketing Associates who are eager to build a long-term career in technology sales. This role is ideal for fresh graduates and early-career professionals who possess excellent communication skills, a learning mindset, and an interest in emerging technologies such as AI, IoT, RFID, and Enterprise Automation.

You will work closely with our sales and business development teams to understand customer requirements, build relationships, generate business opportunities, and promote innovative technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage prospective customers through calls, emails, networking, and digital platforms.
  • Generate qualified leads and support business development activities.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Understand customer business requirements and communicate suitable technology solutions.
  • Coordinate product demonstrations and follow-ups with prospective clients.
  • Prepare sales proposals, quotations, and presentations.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using CRM or internal systems.
  • Collaborate with internal technical and sales teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, market developments, and emerging technologies.

  • Freshers or candidates with up to 6–8 months of relevant experience are encouraged to apply.
