Job Description
We are looking for a motivated Debt Recovery Executive to handle collection of overdue personal loan accounts for our NBFC. You will be responsible for contacting borrowers, negotiating repayments, and ensuring timely recovery while maintaining professional and ethical customer relations.
Key Responsibilities
- Field & Tele Collection: Visit customers and make calls/SMS/WhatsApp follow-ups for overdue EMIs
- Recovery: Meet monthly and daily collection targets as per assigned portfolio
- Negotiation: Counsel borrowers on repayment options, OTS/settlement schemes, and legal consequences of default
- Documentation: Update collection activities daily in CRM/collection app. Collect post-dated cheques, ECS mandates where applicable
- Customer Relationship: Maintain polite and professional communication as per RBI guidelines. No harassment
- Reporting: Submit daily visit reports, collection reports, and feedback to Team Lead/Manager
