Database Analyst

• Key ResponsibilitiesManage and maintain large databases with complete accuracy.
• Analyze data and prepare daily weekly and monthly MIS reports.
• Create advanced Excel reports dashboards and trackers.
• Perform data cleaning validation and reconciliation.
• Prepare pivot tables charts and data summaries.
• Use advanced Excel formulas such as VLOOKUP XLOOKUP INDEX MATCH IF SUMIFS COUNTIFS and other logical functions.
• Work with Power Query and data import tools whenever required.
• Generate business reports for management and support decision making.
• Monitor data quality and identify discrepancies.
• Coordinate with different departments to collect and update data.
• Maintain confidential business information.
• Ensure timely completion of all assigned back office tasks.
• Required SkillsExpert knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Strong understanding of Pivot Tables Pivot Charts Power Query and Data Validation.
• Good knowledge of Excel formulas and functions.
• Ability to analyze large datasets and identify trends.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Good communication and reporting skills.
• Ability to work under deadlines.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and PowerPoint.

Knowledge of Google Sheets will be an added advantage.
