Sales & Service Engineer

Require an engineer for Installation and service of online UPS and other Automation products like, Servo Drive, AC Drive, PLC etc.

Install, commission, and configure UPS systems at customer sites.

Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of UPS systems.

Diagnose and resolve faults related to UPS, batteries, power electronics, and associated equipment.

Install, troubleshoot, and service industrial automation products such as PLCs, HMIs, VFDs, Servo Drives, Sensors, Industrial PCs, and SCADA systems.

Carry out electrical wiring checks, control panel inspections, and system testing.

Attend customer breakdown calls and ensure timely resolution within committed response times.

Perform health checks and preventive maintenance as per the service schedule.

Generate service reports, installation reports, and maintenance checklists after every visit.

Coordinate with the technical support, application, and sales teams for issue resolution and customer requirements.

Provide basic operator training and product demonstrations to customers.

Maintain records of service activities, spare parts used, and customer feedback.

Identify opportunities for Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC), spare parts, upgrades, and service business.

Ensure compliance with safety standards and company service procedures during site work.

Support factory acceptance tests (FAT) and site acceptance tests (SAT), where applicable.

Maintain company tools, testing instruments, and service equipment in good working condition.

Travel extensively to customer locations for installation and service support.
