Job Title: Laundry Store ManagerLocation: Global Laundry & Dry Cleaners, Indore

Job SummaryWe are looking for a responsible and customer-focused Laundry Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of our laundry store. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership, communication, and operational management skills to ensure excellent customer service and smooth store operations.

• Key ResponsibilitiesManage day-to-day store operations.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and order bookings.
• Ensure timely pickup, processing, and delivery of orders.
• Supervise store staff and assign daily tasks.
• Maintain order quality and ensure garments are processed correctly.
• Monitor inventory of chemicals, packaging materials, and store supplies.
• Prepare daily sales, collection, and expense reports.
• Coordinate with the central processing plant and delivery team.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the store.
• Achieve monthly sales and customer satisfaction targets.
• Train new employees and ensure SOP compliance.
• Handle billing, cash collection, UPI, and POS transactions.
• RequirementsGraduate preferred (12th Pass can also apply with experience).
• 2+ years of experience in retail, laundry, dry cleaning, or hospitality.
• Good communication skills (Hindi & basic English).
• Basic computer knowledge (Excel, Billing Software, WhatsApp).
• Leadership and team management skills.
