Job Title: General Manager – Multi-Unit Restaurant Operations

Location: Multiple Locations (Travel Required)

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic General Manager to oversee and manage the operations of 15–20 restaurant and food court outlets across multiple locations. The ideal candidate must have proven experience managing multiple restaurant outlets simultaneously and driving operational excellence, profitability, team performance, and customer satisfaction.

This role requires extensive travel between outlets and strong leadership capabilities to ensure consistent operational standards across all locations.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of 15–20 restaurant and food court outlets.
• Ensure all outlets achieve sales, profitability, and operational targets.
• Monitor food quality, service standards, hygiene, and customer satisfaction across locations.
• Lead, train, and mentor outlet managers and operational teams.
• Implement and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) across all outlets.
• Control costs, inventory, wastage, and labor expenses.
• Conduct regular outlet visits, audits, and performance reviews.
• Analyze business performance and implement strategies to improve revenue and profitability.
• Coordinate with HR, procurement, finance, and operations teams.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.
• Drive new initiatives to improve operational efficiency and customer experience.
• Candidate RequirementsMinimum 8–15 years of experience in restaurant operations.
• Proven experience managing multiple restaurant and food court outlets (preferably 15+ outlets).
• Experience in restaurant chains, QSRs, casual dining restaurants, or food court operations is mandatory.
• Candidates with experience limited to a single outlet will not be considered.
• Must be willing to travel extensively across multiple locations.
• Strong leadership, team management, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong understanding of restaurant P&L, cost control, inventory management, and operational excellence.
• Professional appearance and strong leadership presence.

Preferred Experience-Candidates from reputed multi-unit restaurant with food service brands such as:

• Haldiram's
• Bikanervala
• Barbeque Nation
• Wow! Momo
• McDonald's
• Burger King
• Other established restaurant chains, food courts, and multi-outlet food service brands.

Not Preferred

• Candidates whose primary experience is limited to hotels, cafés, bars, lounges, breweries, or hospitality operations without significant multi-unit restaurant and food court management experience.
• Candidates with experience managing only one outlet.
