Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding.
- Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, and HR documentation.
- Coordinate payroll inputs and ensure timely salary processing.
- Handle employee onboarding, induction, and exit formalities.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements, including PF, ESIC, PT, and other applicable regulations.
- Address employee queries and support employee engagement initiatives.
- Prepare HR reports, MIS, and maintain HR databases.
- Support performance management and employee development processes.
- Draft HR letters, including offer letters, appointment letters, confirmation letters, and relieving letters.
- Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower requirements.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee information and company data.
