Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials and supplies.
- Store items properly to prevent damage or loss.
- Issue materials according to approved requests.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and update stock movements.
- Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies.
- Monitor stock levels and report shortages or excess inventory.
- Ensure proper labeling and organization of all stored items.
- Maintain cleanliness, safety, and security of the store.
- Prepare inventory and stock reports for management.
- Coordinate with procurement and other departments for timely replenishment.
- Follow company policies, safety regulations, and inventory procedures.
