About the Role
We are looking for a Computer Operator with prior experience in the Logistics/Transport Industry who can efficiently manage branch documentation, ERP operations and reporting activities.
Candidates without logistics industry experience will not be considered.
Key Responsibilities
✅ Manual LR (Lorry Receipt) Entry in ERP
✅ Challan Entry & Verification
✅ Booking Entry & Documentation
✅ Generate Booking Reports from ERP
✅ Generate Billing Reports
✅ Generate Outstanding Reports
✅ Prepare Manual Daily Booking Statements
✅ Verify LR, Challan & Billing Accuracy
✅ Coordinate with Billing, Accounts & Traffic Departments
✅ Maintain Branch Records & Documentation
✅ Support Daily Branch Operations
✅ Payment reconciliation and follow ups with customers
