Salary Range: ₹21,000 – ₹27,000/month

Working Days: 6 days a week (1 weekly off), Full-time On-Site

About the Role

Civil & Interior Co. is looking for a dedicated and reliable Project Manager who will be fully responsible for the day-to-day management and execution of interior projects at site. The ideal candidate must be proactive, trustworthy, and capable of handling site operations independently while coordinating with clients, vendors, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day site supervision and execution as per drawings and specifications
• Coordinate with labour teams, contractors, and vendors for timely delivery and work progress
• Take accurate site measurements and share with the design and office team
• Manage material purchase and delivery in coordination with the procurement team
• Liaise with building management, PMC teams, and consultants for work permissions and updates
• Handle client communication and keep them informed on work status and progress
• Coordinate with internal teams (design, procurement, billing) for smooth workflow
• Ensure timely execution, quality control, and adherence to timelines
• Maintain daily site reports, documentation, and photo records
• Proactively identify site issues and resolve them with minimum supervision
• Monitor safety, cleanliness, and discipline at site

Skills & Requirements

• Diploma in Interior Designing
• 3–5 years of hands-on site experience in residential, commercial, or retail interiors
• Proficient in AutoCAD (basic understanding), Excel, WhatsApp, and documentation
• Good communication and team coordination skills
• Ability to multitask and handle pressure in a fast-paced site environment
• Must be trustworthy, hardworking, and committed to the project timeline
• Should have a problem-solving attitude and leadership mindset
