Growth & Influencer Marketing Intern (Social Media)

We are looking for a highly creative and internet-savvy intern who lives on Instagram and knows what content goes viral.

Your mission is to help Soroo grow by discovering viral content ideas, finding influencers, managing creator collaborations, and helping us stay ahead of social media trends.

This is not a typical social media internship. You will directly work with the founder and contribute to building a national consumer electronics brand.

Key Responsibilities

1. Influencer Research

* Find 20–30 relevant influencers every day.

* Search creators across Instagram, YouTube and Snapchat.

* Build influencer databases with:

 * Name

 * Followers

 * Engagement Rate

 * Contact Details

 * Category

 * Expected Cost

 * City

* Shortlist creators that match Soroo's target audience.

### 2. Influencer Outreach

* Contact influencers through Instagram DM, Email and WhatsApp.

* Negotiate collaborations.

* Follow up until campaigns are closed.

* Maintain communication professionally.

* Track deliveries, posting dates and campaign status.

### 3. Viral Content Research

* Find trending reels every day.

* Identify viral hooks, editing styles and audio.

* Suggest content ideas that can be recreated for Soroo.

* Maintain a daily trend report.

### 4. Competitor Research

Track brands like:

* boAt

* Noise

* JBL

* Mivi

* Boult

* Portronics

Study:

* Viral reels

* Best-performing content

* Influencer campaigns

* Product launches

* Trending hashtags

### 5. Content Planning

* Suggest reel concepts.

* Write captions.

* Recommend trending music.

* Help prepare weekly content calendars.

* Coordinate with the video editor.

### 6. Campaign Tracking

Maintain Google Sheets with:

* Influencer Status

* Products Sent

* Tracking IDs

* Posting Dates

* Views

* Reach

* Sales Generated

## Skills Required
