Job Description – Real Estate Sales Manager
📍 Location: Gomti Nagar, Lucknow
💰 Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹40,000 per month + Attractive Incentives
🕘 Shift: Day Shift
👨 Gender: Male Candidates Only
🎓 Experience: Minimum 5+ Years in Real Estate Sales
Job Responsibilities
Lead and manage the real estate sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
Generate sales through site visits, client meetings, and property presentations.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize revenue.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and channel partners.
Handle negotiations and successfully close high-value property deals.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
Prepare sales reports and provide regular updates to management.
Ensure excellent customer service throughout the sales process.
Candidate Requirements
Minimum 5+ years of experience in Real Estate Sales.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
Good knowledge of the Lucknow real estate market.
Ability to handle client interactions professionally.
Graduate degree preferred.
