# Admissions Counselor – B2C Sales (MBA)
**Organization:** Gravity Educational Society
**Location:** Hyderabad (on-site)

**Experience:** 2–5 years in B2C sales (education sector preferred)

Gravity Educational Society runs fast-growing educational institutions in Hyderabad offering premier IIT-JEE and NEET preparation programs for Class 11–12 students across multiple campuses.
## Role Overview
We are looking for a driven, target-oriented MBA graduate with strong B2C sales experience to own the admissions funnel — from lead engagement to final enrollment. The ideal candidate is an exceptional closer who is comfortable counseling parents and students face-to-face and converting inquiries into confirmed admissions.
## Key Responsibilities
- Counsel prospective students and parents on programs, fee structures, and scholarships during walk-ins, calls, and campus visits
- Own end-to-end lead conversion: follow-ups, objection handling, negotiation, and closing admissions
- Achieve monthly and seasonal admission targets
- Manage leads systematically through the CRM — timely follow-ups, status updates, and escalations
- Conduct campus tours and represent the institution professionally to families
- Coordinate with the marketing team on lead quality, campaigns, and referral programs
- Support admission events, school outreach drives, and seasonal war-room efforts
## Required Qualifications
- MBA (Sales / Marketing preferred) from a recognized institution
- 2–5 years of proven B2C sales experience with a strong closing track record
- Excellent communication in **Telugu and English** (Hindi is a plus)
- Strong persuasion, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable with CRM tools, WhatsApp-based follow-ups, and basic reporting
- Willingness to work weekends and extended hours during admission season
## Preferred
- Experience in education / ed-tech / coaching institute admissions
- Familiarity with the Hyderabad intermediate education market (IIT-JEE / NEET landscape)
