Job DescriptionThe Stardust Studio is hiring an experienced Customer Support Executive to manage customer interactions through both calls and chats. We are looking for candidates with excellent communication skills, a customer-first attitude, and the ability to resolve queries efficiently.
- ResponsibilitiesHandle inbound and outbound customer calls.
- Respond to customer queries via chat and other support channels.
- Resolve customer concerns professionally and within defined timelines.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution.
- Deliver a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Requirements2–7 years of experience in Customer Support.
- Excellent English communication skills (Hindi is mandatory).
- Experience in both Voice and Chat Support.
- Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and typing proficiency.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
