🚀 We are Hiring | Customer Support Trainee (Freshers Welcome!)
📍 Location: Gurugram (On-site)
🎓 Experience: Freshers / 0–6 months

Key Responsibilities:
✅ Connect with registered users and assist them in completing the onboarding process.
✅ Guide users through the PowerXchange platform and educate them on its features and trading process.
✅ Follow up with users to complete pending KYC documentation.
✅ Coordinate with buyers and sellers to facilitate successful trade matching and execution.
✅ Resolve user queries related to onboarding, KYC, and trading.
✅ Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups.
✅ Drive user engagement and improve conversion from registration to successful trading.
✅ Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer issues.
What We are Looking For:
✔ Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi and English
✔ Strong interpersonal and customer-handling skills
✔ Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn web and mobile platforms
✔ Comfortable making outbound calls and following up with customers
✔ Positive attitude, willingness to learn and strong ownership mindset
