Job Description
About the Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Admission Counselor to assist students interested in our Programs.
You will be responsible for speaking with students and parents on leads provided by the company, explaining the program, resolving their queries, and guiding them through the admission process.
No cold calling. Qualified leads will be provided by the company.
Key Responsibilities
- Call prospective students on company-provided leads.
- Understand students’ educational background and career aspirations.
- Explain the Indo-German Skill Development Program and its career opportunities.
- Counsel students and parents regarding admissions.
- Share brochures, presentations, and other program details via WhatsApp or email.
- Conduct timely follow-ups to convert enquiries into admissions.
- Maintain lead records and update the CRM/Excel regularly.
- Coordinate with the admissions team to ensure smooth enrollments.
Growth Opportunity
After the initial three months, based on performance, you will also receive training and exposure in:
- Student admissions
- Documentation support
- Visa assistance
- Student onboarding
- International education counseling
Eligibility
- Graduate in any discipline (Freshers are welcome to apply)
- Good communication skills in Hindi and English
- Marathi-speaking candidates preferred
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, WhatsApp)
- Good interpersonal and convincing skills
- Prior experience in counseling, telecalling, customer service, or sales is an advantage but not mandatory
