A Cake Baker is required who will be responsible for preparing, baking, and decorating a variety of cakes according to recipes, customer specifications, and quality standards. The role requires creativity, attention to detail, and strong baking skills to produce visually appealing and delicious cakes for various occasions.

The candidate should be a keen learner and should strive enhance baking and cake decoration skills through hands-on experience and with advanced techniques such as fondant art, tiered cakes, and theme-based designs

• Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and bake cakes, pastries, and desserts following standardized recipes
• Measure and mix ingredients (flour, sugar, butter, eggs, etc.) accurately
• Design and decorate cakes using icing, fondant, cream, and edible decorations
• Customize cakes based on customer requirements (birthdays, weddings, events, etc.)
• Ensure consistent quality, taste, and presentation of baked products
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen as per food safety standards
• Manage baking schedules to meet deadlines and customer orders
• Monitor oven temperatures and baking times to ensure perfect results
• Check stock levels of ingredients and assist in inventory management
• Handle customer queries related to cake designs and flavors (if customer-facing)

• Qualifications:High school diploma (minimum)
• Certificate or diploma in baking, pastry arts, or culinary arts (preferred)
• Prior experience as a baker or cake decorator (1–3 years preferred)
• Work Environment: Bakery, café, restaurant, hotel, or home-based kitchen
• Early morning, weekend, and holiday work may be required
• Standing for long hours and handling kitchen equipment
• Salary Range :Entry Level: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000/month
