Job Description
• Transport management personnel safely and punctually to all required destinations
• Be available at all times during the shift and on standby as needed beyond shift hours
• Report early and stay late as instructed by management without prior objection
• Maintain the vehicle in excellent condition — clean, fueled, and mechanically sound at all times
• Conduct daily vehicle checks (fuel, tyres, brakes, lights, AC, cleanliness)
• Maintain complete confidentiality regarding management’s travel, personal matters, and conversations
• Follow all traffic rules, road safety regulations, and drive in a calm, safe manner at all times
• Coordinate with the Deputy Admin for daily schedule, trips, and any vehicle-related requirements
• Assist with carrying luggage or parcels as required by management
• Maintain a neat, professional appearance and polite demeanor at all times
